We stand by the quality of our jewellery. All welds on the jewellery are guaranteed for the lifetime of the product. If there are any issues with the weld, we will repair or replace the weld free of charge.
3. No Returns, Refunds, or Credit Notes
All items are made to size and bespoke. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or issue credit notes for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, loss of chain, breakages outside of the weld or ordering the wrong size.

5. Warranty Exclusions
Our lifetime guarantee covers defects in the weld only and does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, the guarantee does not cover loss or theft of the item.
